Welcome to Content Engine 52! By buying or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before you checkout.

1. Who we are

We’re Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Management Limited t/a Content Engine 52 and Signature Creative Studio, based in the UK. We create and sell licences to use our apps (built on Base44).

2. What you’re buying

When you purchase one of our apps, you are buying a licence to use it, not the app itself.

• Lifetime licence – ongoing access for as long as the app is available and supported.
• Subscription licence – access for as long as your subscription is active.

We may update, improve, or retire an app at any time.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to share your app link, login, or access details with anyone else.
• Not to copy, resell, or redistribute the app.
• To use the app for lawful purposes only.

4. Ownership

We own all rights to the app, code, design, and content (except for the content you create inside the app, which remains yours).

5. Refunds & cancellations

Unless stated otherwise at checkout:

• Digital products are non-refundable once you have accessed the app.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no partial refunds are given.

6. Termination

We may suspend or cancel your access if you break these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
